{"id":6115,"date":"2025-01-01T02:19:56","date_gmt":"2025-01-01T02:19:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lamdik.or.id\/?post_type=accreditation-proces&#038;p=6115"},"modified":"2025-01-01T02:19:57","modified_gmt":"2025-01-01T02:19:57","slug":"documents-submission-and-verification","status":"publish","type":"accreditation-proces","link":"https:\/\/lamdik.or.id\/en\/accreditation-proces\/documents-submission-and-verification\/","title":{"rendered":"Documents Submission and Verification"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Once approval for the establishment of a new educational study programme is granted, the Rector of a State University with Legal Entity Status (PTN-BH) may submit an application to fulfill the minimum accreditation requirements for educational study programme (APSK) to ACE through SIMALAMDIK, attached with:&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Documents evidencing the fulfillment of minimum requirements for the new APSK&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of payment for the new APSK and evidence of 2% withholding tax&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recommendations and evaluation reports on the proposed new study programme by the Academic Senate&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>ACE will review the completeness of the documents. If deemed incomplete, the documents will be returned to the proposing university for revision.
