The proposing higher education institution must complete any missing documents if any are found to be incomplete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If all are complete, the General Chairperson issues a new APSK Decree with a &#8216;Good&#8217; rating, valid for 2 (two) years from the time the study programme opens for new students.
