This is stated in the Decree of Kemenkumham RI Number AHU-0018765-AH-01-04 dated December 17, 2019, concerning the Approval of the Establishment of the Legal Entity of the Independent Accreditation Agency for Education.<\/p>\n<p>The Kemenkumham letter was based on a request from the initiating team, attaching a recommendation from the Approval Letter of the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education (Kemenristekdikti) Number T\/497\/M\/OT.00.0012019 concerning the Minister&#8217;s Approval for the Proposal to Establish the Independent Accreditation Agency for Education dated August 2, 2019.<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">According to the Decree from Kemenkumham RI and the Approval Letter from Kemenristekdikti RI, the LAM Kependidikan team is currently focusing on:<br \/>\na. Managing the migration of the IT system from BAN-PT to LAM Kependidikan.<br \/>\nb. Requesting approval for the migration of education assessors from BAN-PT to LAM Kependidikan.<br \/>\nc. Preparing recruitment and refresher training for education-specific assessors.<br \/>\nd. Drafting and developing education-specific instruments<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Hopefully, LAM Kependidikan will become a professional accreditation agency that can ensure the quality of education programs in Indonesia.
