The Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on the development of the Doctoral Level Study Program Accreditation Instrument (IAPS) was held at the Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta (UMS) campus, specifically on the 7th floor of the Siti Walidah Main Building. The event took place over three days, from November 5 to 7, 2021. The purpose of the event was to determine the indicators and descriptors for the Doctoral Level IAPS.
This event featured lecturers from various universities, including: Muchlas Samani, Ekohariadi, Suryanti (UNESA), Joko Nurkamto, Mardiyana (UNS), Budi Murtiyasa, Bambang Sumardjoko (UMS), Mudi, Agus Sutomo (UPGRIS), Samsul Hadi (UIN Malang), and Sholeh Hidayat (UNTIRTA).

The development of the Doctoral Level Study Program Accreditation Instrument (IAPS) aims to complement the Undergraduate Level IAPS, which has been ratified by BAN-PT through regulation number 10 of 2021. The Undergraduate Level IAPS serves as a reference in drafting the Doctoral Level IAPS. The output of this event is a draft of the Doctoral Level IAPS indicators and descriptors. To achieve this output, FGD participants were divided into small groups. Each group then examined the Undergraduate Level IAPS to determine the Doctoral Level IAPS indicators and descriptors. The determined indicators and descriptors were then discussed to gather feedback.
The FGD event proceeded well as planned. The output of the event, in the form of a draft of the Doctoral Level IAPS, has been completed and will be discussed in the next FGD.
