Plenary Meeting of LAMDIK Complete with Trustees, Supervisors, Management, Instrument Team, & BAN PT: Implementation on May 2, 2021
Surabaya, 15 October 2020
The Board of Directors, together with the LAMDIK Instrument Team, which has a distinctive educational focus, has completed the full academic manuscript (NA) and the LAMDIK Instrument (I-LAMDIK) to 90%. Both achievements were plenary discussed with the BAN PT Accreditation Council on October 8, 2020, and again with the Board of Trustees, Supervisory Board, Board of Directors, Instrument Team, and IT system team in a blended format. The offline meeting was held at the Unesa Campus in Surabaya from October 13-15, 2020, with online participation from LPTK NI, FORKOM Dean FKIP, ALPTKSI, and the Forum of Tarbiyah Faculties UIN/IAIN/STAIN.
The preparation of the NA and I-LAMDIK was carried out periodically once a week under the coordination of the Directorate of Institutional Affairs and BAN PT. This synergy is important because LAMDIK, as an independent accreditation body, is accountable to BAN PT and the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia.
Substantively, the instrument with a distinctive educational focus is elaborated into 9 criteria according to the National Accreditation System and 77 instrument items with educational uniqueness.
The uniqueness of the LAMDIK instrument includes specifically capturing the role of study programs in partner schools, lab schools, School Field Introduction (PLP), school observation, development of learning tools, teacher assistance, micro-teaching, peer teaching, real teaching in a micro format, lecturer assignments to schools, contributions of mentor teachers, prospective driving teachers, KKNDik or life skills in the educational context, learning resource centers, and other distinctive educational roles, etc.
In the complete meeting, the accreditation and re-accreditation fees were set at IDR 45 million. The fee for the AK stage is IDR 25 million, and an additional IDR 20 million for the AL stage. These fees can be paid in installments over 5 years.
In the near future, the complete instrument will be publicly tested in November 2020 to gather feedback. Subsequently, the initial socialization phase will begin in early 2021. It is expected that on May 2, 2021, in line with the spirit of National Education Day, LAMDIK will officially operate.
