LAM Kependidikan (LAM-Dik) Establishes and Ratifies the Composition of the Board of Trustees, Supervisory Board, & Management

The Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education (Kemristek Dikti) and BAN PT have continuously supported the establishment of LAM-Dik up to the implementation stage. This effort is a strong commitment from the ministry to ensure that LAM-Dik becomes a trusted, independent, and professional external quality assurance agency for educational institutions in the midst of global computing trends. The coordination meeting of the LAM-Dik Team, with support from Kemristek Dikti, held on October 27 at Ambarukmo Hotel Yogyakarta 2019 and continued on November 20-21, 2019, at Kartika Chandra Jakarta, established and ratified the composition of the board of trustees, supervisory board, and management as follows.

COMPOSITION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES, SUPERVISORY BOARD, & MANAGEMENT

LAM KEPENDIDIKAN

MEETING IN YOGYAKARTA ON OCTOBER 27 & IN JAKARTA, NOVEMBER 20-21, 2019

  1. Name of LAM: LAM KEPENDIDIKAN abbreviated as LAM DIK.
  2. The Founding Board as the owner of LAMDIK is represented by:
    • (1) Ikatan Sarjana Pendidikan Indonesia (ISPI), (2) Forum Lembaga Pendidikan Tenaga Kependidikan Negeri Indonesia (PLPTKNI), (3) Perkumpulan Forum Penyelenggara Pendidikan Tenaga Kependidikan Swasta Indonesia (PFPPTKSI), (4) Perkumpulan Forum Komunikasi Dekan FKIP (Forkom Dekan FKIP), (5) Forum Dekan Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan (FDFTK), (6) Ikatan Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia (IKAPROBSI), (7) Asosiasi Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi Indonesia (APSPBI), (8) Perkumpulan Prodi Pendidikan Sejarah Se-Indonesia (P3SI), (9) Aliansi Program Studi Pendidikan Akuntansi Indonesia (APRODIKSI), (10) Asosiasi Bimbingan Konseling Indonesia (ABKIN), (11) Asosiasi Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris (ASPBI), (12) Teaching of English as Foreign Language in Indonesia (TEFLIN), (13) Perhimpunan Pendidikan IPA Indonesia (PPII), (14) Asosiasi Profesi Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan Indonesia (AP3KnI), and (15) Asosiasi Dosen dan Guru Vokasi Indonesia (ADGVI).
    • The Chairman of the Founding Board is held by the Chairman of ISPI or a person appointed by ISPI, as the initiator of LAM DIK and all are already part of ISPI as the parent organization.
    • The Founding Board has the authority to have members of the Board of Trustees.
    • The Founding Board meets at least once every four years (one term of office).
    • The Chairman of the Founding Board leads joint meetings (Founding Board, Board of Trustees, Supervisory Board, Management Board) in the replacement of the Board of Trustees.
  3. The Board of Trustees represents the Founding Board in controlling the LAMDIK organization. .
    • The Board of Trustees is an organ of LAMDIK that acts as a representative of the Founding Board in controlling the LAMDIK organization
    • The Board of Trustees consists of five members elected in a Joint Meeting attended by the Founding Board, Board of Trustees, Supervisory Board, and Management Board.
    • The Joint Meeting is chaired by the Chairman of the Founding Board.
    • The term of office of the Board of Trustees is four years and is ex officio.
    • The Board of Trustees is responsible for determining the general program of LAMDIK for a period of 4 years.
    • The Board of Trustees approves the annual program of the LAMDIK Management Board.
    • The Board of Trustees meets at least once a year.
    • The Board of Trustees has the authority to select members of the Supervisory Board and Management Board in accordance with the LAM DIK Articles of Association/Bylaws.
    • If there is a vacancy in the Board of Trustees, the Founding Board meets to select a replacement for the interim period.
    • For the first time, the Board of Trustees consists of five people, namely:
    • Chairman: Prof. Dr. Ganefri (ALPTKNI)
    • Chair: Prof. Dr. Ahman (ISPI)
    • Members: Prof. Dr. Sofyan Anif (ALPTKSI), Prof. Sofendi, Ph.D. (Forkom FKIP), Dr. Ahmad Arifi (FITK UIN)
  4. The Supervisory Board is responsible for overseeing the accreditation implementation carried out by the LAMDIK Management Board.
    • The Supervisory Board is an organ of the LAMDIK Association responsible for overseeing the implementation of LAMDIK accreditation.
    • Members of the Supervisory Board are selected by the Board of Trustees.
    • The term of office of the Supervisory Board is four years and can be re-elected for a maximum of two terms.
    • The Supervisory Board consists of seven members.
    • The Supervisory Board meets at least once every six months.
    • For the first time, the members of the Supervisory Board are:
    • Chairman: Prof. Dr. Sutrisna Wibawa (Rector of UNY)
    • Chair: Prof. Dr. Fathur Rokhman (Rector of Unnes)
    • Members: Prof. Syawal Gultom (Unimed), Prof. Dr. Asep Kadarohman (Rector of UPI), Dr. Komarudin (Rector of UNJ), Prof. Dr. Muh. Farozin (ABKIN), Dr. Yulkifli (AMLI), Prof. Dr. Joko Nurkamto (TEFLIN).
  5. The Management Board is responsible for controlling the implementation of study program accreditation carried out by the LAM DIK Executive Board.
    • The Management Board is an organ of LAM DIK responsible for controlling the implementation of study program accreditation in accordance with the LAM DIK Articles of Association/Bylaws and other applicable regulations.
    • The term of office of the Management Board is four years and can be re-elected for a maximum of two terms.
    • In carrying out its duties, the Management Board forms the LAM DIK Executive Board.
    • The Management Board prepares the Operational Guidelines for the Implementation of Study Program Accreditation.
    • The Management Board forms other bodies to support the implementation of Study Program Accreditation. The formation of such bodies requires the approval of the Board of Trustees.
    • The Management Board meets at least once every two months.
    • If there is a vacancy in the Management Board, the Board of Trustees meets to select a replacement for the interim period.
    • For the first time, the Management Board consists of:

    • Vice Chairman: Prof. Harun Joko Prayitno
    • Secretary: Dr. Aceng Hasani
    • Treasurer: Dr. Sofia Hartati
