Assessor Circular

Hereby conveyed to all LAMDIK ASSESSORS the following matters:

1. If the LAMDIK Assessor serves as a resource person/facilitator/reviewer of the Self-Evaluation Report (LED) and Quantitative Document of the Study Program (DKPS) or related to the accreditation of LAMDIK, LED, and DKPS in the PS/UPPS/PT environment at the Agency/Institution where the Assessor comes from, then the LAMDIK Assessor does not need to request permission and obtain a Letter of Assignment from LAMDIK;
2. If the LAMDIK Assessor serves as a resource person/facilitator/reviewer of the Self-Evaluation Report (LED) and Quantitative Document of the Study Program (DKPS) or related to the accreditation of LAMDIK, LED, and DKPS outside the Agency/Institution where the Assessor comes from, then the LAMDIK Assessor must request permission from LAMDIK and will receive a Letter of Assignment from LAMDIK for the intended activity.
