The council then holds a panel meeting to discuss and decide on the fulfillment of the new APSK minimum requirements for the study programme that has passed the document validation. The panel meeting produces a decision that will be sent to the General Chairperson of ACE.

The General Chairperson issues the Decree (SK) on the Fulfillment of APSK Minimum Requirements for the opening of a new educational study programme. If not, the study programme must make improvements to meet the eligibility requirements for the opening of the program.
