Socialization and Deepening of Self Evaluation Report (SER) of Malay Language Education Study Program, Fatoni University, Thailand
The Independent Accreditation Institute for Education (LAMDIK) held a meeting with the Malay Language Education Study Program, Fatoni University regarding the Socialization and Deepening of SER which was held on Monday (11/18/2014) and was carried out online. This activity aims to conduct socialization and deepening of SER in order to strengthen the accreditation and quality assurance of the Malay Language Education study program, Fatoni University. This meeting was attended by a number of academic officials of Fatoni University, such as Prof. Dr. Phaosan Jehwae, Mr. Abdulkarim Duarawee, and several lecturers of the Malay Language Education Study Program, Fatoni University. The representatives from the LAMDIK team were Prof. Harun, Prof. Yuni, Prof. Joko Nurkamto, Mrs. Tsuroyya, and Mr. Ari Kurniawan.
On that occasion, Prof. Harun also emphasized the importance of collaboration in the quality assurance process. “Involving many lecturers in one study program will greatly support the accreditation process, considering the importance of teamwork and collaboration in quality assurance.” said Prof. Harun. In addition, in his speech, Prof. Dr. Phaosan Jehwae expressed his gratitude for the support provided by LAMDIK in assisting the SER preparation process. “We believe that this collaboration will bring many positive impacts in the future.” said Prof. Dr. Phaosan Jehwae.
This meeting was the third meeting between Fatoni University and LAMDIK. In the discussion process, Prof. Joko Nurkamto explained the timeline of the accreditation process that will be carried out and provided direction regarding the preparation of SER by the Fatoni University Malay Language Education Study Program.
This meeting is expected to be a good step to strengthen cooperation between Fatoni University and LAMDIK, as well as a strategic step in improving the academic quality of the Fatoni University Malay Language Education Study Program. It is hoped that this mentoring process can bring significant results and demonstrate the importance of synergy between institutions in an effort to achieve better educational standards.
