Minimum Accreditation Process for PTN-BH

Documents Submission and Verification

Once approval for the establishment of a new educational study programme is granted, the Rector of a State University with Legal Entity Status (PTN-BH) may submit an application to fulfill the minimum accreditation requirements for educational study programme (APSK) to ACE through SIMALAMDIK, attached with:  

  • Documents evidencing the fulfillment of minimum requirements for the new APSK  
  • Proof of payment for the new APSK and evidence of 2% withholding tax  
  • Recommendations and evaluation reports on the proposed new study programme by the Academic Senate  

ACE will review the completeness of the documents. If deemed incomplete, the documents will be returned to the proposing university for revision. If declared complete, the process will proceed to the evaluation stage.
