Considering that, based on the Decree of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 90845/MPK.A/AG.01.00/2021 on the Approval of the Accreditation Fee Amount for Study Programs, Law No. 7 of 1983 concerning Income Tax as amended several times, most recently by Law No. 36 of 2008, the Regulation of the Minister of Finance (PMK) No. 141/PMK.03/2015 on Other Services as referred to in Article 23 of the Income Tax Law, BAN-PT Regulation No. 9 of 2020, and LAMDIK Regulation No. 25 of 2022, starting from March 31, 2022, the Independent Accreditation Institute for Education (LAMDIK) will implement the Accreditation of Teacher Education Study Programs (APSK).
In order for the APSK LAMDIK to proceed smoothly and effectively, we hereby inform you of the process and method of payment for APSK and the Income Tax under Article 23, as outlined in Circular Letter No. 132/SE-C/LAMDIK/V/2022, which can be downloaded via the link:
