Indonesian Education and Culture Attaché Bangkok Encourages LAMDIK/ACE to Become an Accreditation Board
Bangkok, August 6, 2024
Indonesian Education and Culture Attaché in Bangkok, Capital City, Daniela Aruan PhD, fully encourages LAMDIK or ACE (The Accreditation Council of Education) Indonesia to immediately become an international accreditation institution. It is hoped that in the future ACE will become one of the world-class education LAIs. This was explained by the Indonesian Education and Culture Attaché Bangkok when receiving a visit from the ACE delegation from the SI and Cooperation Directorate ACE Harun Joko Prayitno, Joko Nurkamto, and Pratiwi Retnaningdyah who represented the General Chairperson of ACE Prof. Muchlas Samani.
Therefore, the Indonesian Education and Culture Attaché encourages ACE’s plan to accredit several Education Study Programs at Fatoni Universiti Patani Thailand. And at the same time, ACE, which is currently a full member of INQAAHE, is encouraged to immediately submit the 6 standard forms as determined by INQAAHE.
The Education and Culture Attaché will also help open a network of cooperation with ONESQA (Office for National Education Standard and Quality Assessment) Thailand in Bangkok in terms of education quality assurance and will help disseminate ACE’s reputation to higher education providers in Thailand that meet the criteria. This is in line with the Thai government’s policy that external quality assurance is voluntary. The most important thing is the importance of the process, standards, and culture of quality at every level of education. This is what is instilled and becomes the vision of ACE Terdepan-Terpercaya.
