LAMDIK Policy Towards the End of 2023

To the Honorable Universities or Foundations/Associations of Higher Education Providers/Faculties/Postgraduates/Education Study Programs throughout Indonesia.

Based on letter number 2421/Peng-C/LAMDIK/XI/2023, November 15, 2023, the following matters were conveyed:

  1. For Study Programs (PS) that are already at the Field Assessment (AL) stage, the determination of the last date for implementing AL at the PS is December 18-19, 2023. The implementation of AL at the PS will restart on January 10, 2024.
  2. For PSs that have completed the administration of the Adequacy Assessment (AK) and are now at the AK stage, the completion of the AL stage administration and tax payments (PPh 23) must be made no later than December 4, 2023. If the deadline is exceeded, AL payments can be made again starting January 2, 2024.
  3. For Study Programs (PS) that are currently still at the document verification stage or at the document upload stage, the AL stage administration and tax payments (PPh 23) will be transferred to 2024. AL payments can be made again starting on December 2 January 2023.
