Accreditation Instrument for LAMDIK Undergraduate Program: BAN-PT No.10 of 2021

Based on the letter from the Accreditation Council of BAN-PT Number 170/BAN-PT/MA/Pen/PerBAN/2021 dated September 3, 2021, BAN-PT Regulation Number 10 of 2021 concerning the Accreditation Instrument for Study Programs at the Undergraduate Level in the Field of Education has been established.

The LAMDIK Accreditation Instrument, as an attachment to BAN-PT No.10 of 2021, consists of 5 books:

   • BOOK 2: SELF-EVALUATION REPORT
   • BOOK 3: GUIDE TO PREPARING THE SELF-EVALUATION REPORT
   • BOOK 4: ASSESSMENT GUIDE AND MATRIX
   • BOOK 5: ACCREDITATION PROCEDURES
