Follow-up Meeting on Drafting the LAMDIK Instrument Guidebook

On Tuesday, October 27, 2020, at 19:00, a follow-up meeting on drafting the LAMDIK Instrument Guidebook was held online. The meeting was attended by the chairman of the board and his deputy (Prof. Dr. Muchlas Samani and Prof. Dr. Joko Harun Prayitno). Also present were board members Dr. Muhdi, chairman of the advisory board Prof. Dr. Ahman, supervisory board member Prof. Dr. Joko Nurkamto, the drafting team, and Dikti staff. The meeting was attended by 22 participants.

The meeting, opened by Prof. Dr. Muchlas Samani, began with a presentation on the progress of the instrument drafting by Prof. Joko Nurkamto. This was followed by a presentation from Prof. Dr. Ivan Hanafi on the assessment matrix. Prof. Sunandar continued the presentation with the material on drafting the LAM-DIK Instrument Filling Guide. Prof. Sunandar stated that the guide should refer to the instrument, but since the instrument being drafted was not yet complete, the guide was drafted based on the items produced from the previous meeting in Surabaya. However, Prof. Sunandar emphasized that the instrument would be adjusted once the instrument document was available. During the meeting, the discussion was enriched with various responses from the participants. Suggestions and inputs were shared to enhance the process. The IT team coordinator, Asmunin, also presented the design of the application to be developed. The digital application will contain at least three files: quantitative data, AK assessment, and AL assessment.

The meeting proceeded smoothly and was closed by Prof. Ivan Hanafi at 21:30. The next meeting is planned for November 5-7, 2020, in a blended format. The agenda for the upcoming meeting includes activity schedules, AD/ART, decisions, organizational structure of the council, and budget plans.
